Abstract:
Both Adharv and Rishab graduated from MIT with degrees in computer science and started working at different software companies in the US. The duo went to Switzerland to attend the wedding of an MIT classmate. They were put up in a hotel and were watching a test cricket match between India and Australia being played in Adelaide, Australia. India dominated Australia for a major part of the game but, in the end, failed to chase a modest total. As a result, Australia won the match, which triggered an argument between Adharv and Rishab. Rishab was of the opinion that the Indian team played well at home but could not perform abroad. Adharv disagreed with Rishab and decided to use data to prove Rishab wrong. Rishab asked Adharv to prove his point statistically.
